The Opportunity
The Happiness Rejuvenation Center (HRC) franchise has a big scope in its first phase, with plans to set up one hundred centers in Kerala. The goal is to later expand to one thousand centers in every panchayat in Kerala and eventually expand globally. HRCs target audience is anyone willing to transform and improve their emotional well-being. This includes people of all ages, from students as young as 8 to anyone looking to bring happiness into their life. The scope of the business is to provide tools, resources, and strategies to people who want to improve their emotional well-being and achieve a balanced life.
Structure
HRC will be having a Happiness Consultant who will be a postgraduate in Psychology or MSW graduate who is experienced in mental wellness. This person will be in charge of all the consultations and will suggest which Neurosync service is applicable to the client. In case, if the client needs any therapies, that also will be provided. HRC will be the key service center of Palana Wellness Providers. The company has plans to introduce products and gadgets for which HRC will be the focal sales point.
